Betekenis : Kairos is de tijd die stil lijkt te staan, die geestkracht, geloof, creativiteit, passie, en weldadige rust schenkt. Kairos is kwalitatieve tijd, terwijl chronos alleen de kwantiteit meet. In chronos zijn we doende en bezig, het is de tijd van het ‘hebben’, terwijl we in kairos gewoon mogen ‘zijn’.
Meaning: Kairos is the time that seems to stand still, which gives strength of spirit, faith, creativity, passion, and beneficial tranquility. Kairos is qualitative time, while chronos measures only quantity. In chronos we are doing and busy, it is the time of 'having', while in kairos we can simply 'be'.
Publieke ruimtes behoren toe aan het publiek en dienen juist om artistieke interventies te doen. Kunst dient niet om enkel achter gesloten deuren te blijven voor een select publiek. Uitvoering : grootte is nu 1.50 x 2.00 m. Maar de grootte wordt aangepast aan de plaats van bestemming. De constructie en uitwerking wordt vandalisme proof. Rekening houdend met het milieu, wil ik hem in een Biologische epoxy maken. Maar kan ook op u wens in een ander materiaal, bijv. brons, of rvs.
